Welcome to the Chicagoland Foreign Investment Group Regional Center! We are the only regional center which allows foreign investors to invest on their own projects! Chicagoland Foreign Investment Group received designation as a regional center on March 5, 2009, making it the first regional center established in the state of Illinois. By designing the Center to include various landscapes and industries to invest in, we provide investors the opportunity to bring their ideas to us and have more control over the future of their investment. Additionally, the Chicagoland Regional Center encourages businesses and entrepreneurs who wish to establish a company within its geographic region to submit business plans to seek up to 100% financing. Chicago and its surrounding towns, suburbs, and rural areas provide a diverse climate that is great for business. The Chicago metropolitan area is home to 32 Fortune 500 companies, and the state of Illinois is home to 66 Fortune 1000 companies. The city of Chicago and its surrounding area is home to the second-largest labor pool in the U.S. with approximately 4.25 million workers.
